About the Service
Minimum Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. The minimum age to use the Service without parental approval may be higher in Your home country.
Account Registration
Account registration is not required for the Service. To purchase a subscription plan, You agree to receive emails (from Us or Our third-party providers) containing email verification links to sign in to the Service (or services operated by Our third-party providers). This step is required in order to create a secure checkout session to minimize fraudulent transactions.
Account Cancellation and Refunds
When You cancel a subscription plan, it will be canceled at the end of the billing cycle. The amount that You paid for that billing cycle is non-refundable. If You subscribed to the same plan more than once in error, please contact support@tohodo.com for a full refund on the duplicate subscription. We recommend requesting a refund through Us instead of opening a dispute with Your bank because it is faster to get Your money back and less headache for everyone involved.
Privacy of User Data
We do not sell, rent, or monetize Your personal data or content in any way. Please read Our Privacy Policy to understand how We safeguard the information You provide when using the Service. By using the Service, You agree to Our data practices as described in Our Privacy Policy.
Software
To enable new features and enhanced functionality, You consent to downloading and installing updates to the Service.
Using the Service
Our Terms and Policies
You must use the Service according to Our Terms of Use and posted policies. If We disable or remove Your account for a violation of these Terms of Use, You may not create another account without Our permission.

Availability of the Service
